The Dallas Meditation Center is the first Interfaith meditation center of North Texas, home to Zen, Vipassana, Pure Land, Thich Nhat Hanh, yoga, qigong, Christian meditation, and other authentic and genuine traditions of meditation and mindful living. This 6,000 square foot building is dedicated to wellness education, life enrichment and the art of mindful living. The DMC functions as home for the growing DFW community of mindfulness practitioners.

We practice yoga postures with an emphasis on inner stillness and meditation.  This is a wonderful class for relieving stress and restoring a sense of inner well being.  This class is not appropriate for children under 14 years. It lasts an hour and is beginner friendly.
