We will meet at a park, do some warmup exercise, commence to do some sort of outdoor activity , such as hiking or biking the rail trails, snowshoeing , cross-country, ect, then we will do some yoga, meditation , energy medicine, maybe a campfire , tea , socializing , practice reclaiming , chanting , maybe hike to a waterfall , lake and end the day with massage.we could also go to an outside oasis / and do the whole event there.

This is a group for anyone who is interested in yoga, wine tastings, live music, the outdoors.... I started this group because I want to meet others who are interested in getting out and doing yoga in different places (like vineyards or parks). I think if we collaborate we can come up with some great New Jersey areas to practice yoga together.
