Yoga and meditation class at Brea Jr High Park. 45 -60 minute class includes light stretching, breathing techniques, and meditation. Great for beginners and all ages. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to class. Also, if you have trouble sitting on ground for more than 10 minutes, please bring a light stool or chair. A water bottle is also a good idea.
