Please join us for an evening of embodied meditation with Fred and Kathi Lieb, students of and meditation instructors with Dr. Reggie Ray. During this next practice session we will explore how embodied meditation might give us a fresh approach for working with difficult situations in our lives. The primary practice that we will be working with is called three-fold breathing.
Bring a meditation cushion as well as a blanket (for lying down meditation practice). A second blanket could be folded for use as a cushion if you do not have a meditation cushion. Chairs will be provided if you have difficulty sitting on the floor.
Time: 7:15pm to 9:00pm
Suggested Donation: An optional donation is suggested as an offering to the church for providing our practice space.
