Join us in an exploration of embodied meditation practices that are accessible to anyone regardless of their background, tradition, or experience level.
“Meditating with the Body” is a series of body-based meditation practices drawn from Tibetan yoga that open us to the full depths of our inner life in all its profundity and transformative power. In the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, the body is considered the gateway to enlightenment. Dr. Reggie Ray, one of the most experienced and innovative meditation teachers in the West, comments that "to discover the body is to discover our deepest self, and, in turn, to arrive at the genuine spiritual fulfillment we all seek."
Our first three Meetups were scheduled to coincide with Reggie's visit to Chicago as part of his Touching Enlightenment Tour. Subsequent Meetups have been lead by Reggie's students during which we have gathered to learn new practices and share our experiences. Please feel free to join us at any time even if you missed Reggie’s visit - meditation instruction is given at each event.

Please join us for an evening of meditation instruction and discussion with Fred and Kathi Lieb, students of and meditation instructors with Dr. Reggie Ray.
