I loved it! I came away with a new way of dealing with myself when my mind drifts, which it frequently does - to say, "Ahhhh, isn't that interesting where my mind just went"and then to bring it gently back to the breath. And, I noticed that each of the follow-up exercises were things our group named as their intentions for the week. Way to go group!

I really enjoyed listening to the podcaste about meditation, and having the discussion after. There were lots of good ideas to think about and put into practice. A good group of people to spend the evening with.
