Part two, the followup to introductory course (that is, for those who have completed part one) has an overview of the Advaita tradition from which the meditation comes. It will include an initiation into Advaita mantra meditation, as part of a weekend retreat at our country house in Plymouth. Subsequent classes will offer meditation practice and supportive discussions with experienced instructors.
