Practice traditional Taoist/Naturalist exercises
of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong(Chi Kung).
Develop/maintain good mental/physical energy.
Experience Mindfulness in all aspects of life.
We'll practice from 9:00-9:50 am.
We'll be practicing Standing
Qi Gong(Chi Kung) followed by
moving Qi Gong in the form of
Closet and Traveling Tai Chi.
Support a Meetup group while getting exposure to active, local members.
