If you are not currently using Holosync, bring a set of stereo headphones, and I will have a copy of the introductory cd for you to listen to.

We'll meditate for half an hour (Dive only), then stay for a discussion of Bill Harris's latest BLOG article and snacks or coffee at the cafe.
