As we go about our daily life, we tend to get caught up in the business of routine tasks, forgetting to see things as they really are. Over time, we become preoccupied and little experiences in life bring our minds and hearts down. We don't take the time to slow down our inner thoughts to live in the present moment. For this reason it is necessary to set aside sacred time for reflection and meditation. Join us, under the direction of Bhante Sujatha, a Buddhist monk of 29 years as he guides us through our spiritual journey and mindfulness practice.
Join the Mindfulness Meditation Group in the private home of Linda Drucker for meditation class every Tuesday night from 7 to 9. Meditation starts on time, so please plan on arriving a few minutes early to get settled.
Gate code access is required and you will be buzzed in once at the gate. If you are late, then you will have to wait until someone opens the gate to enter. Read more
