Come join us for weekly groupsits of Vipassana/Insight meditation, which is a very ancient form of Theravada Buddhist meditation. Learn to focus your breathing and let go of you mind's continuous chatter.
Get a grip on the daily 'roller-coaster-ride' of cravings and aversions, likes and dislikes. Become balanced, relaxed and happy again.
Beginner's to Vipassana meditation are welcome, but please contact me first, so we can go over some meditation instructions.
And please, bring your own cushion to sit on!
Find the weekly groupsit days/times on the calendar and please RSVP if you would like to join the sit for any given week (It is NOT necessary to RSVP 'NO' if you can't make it!). All sits currently take place at my house in South Anchorage at 13910 Venus Way.
Make sure to be there about 10 minutes early, so that we can begin the sit on time.
