More than a class about meditation. This is a course and support group to help you learn how to meditate deeply while you develop your own daily practice.

* Mantra and Visualization

* Music and Chanting as Aids to Meditation

* Approaching Meditation Through Devotion

* Receiving Intuitive Guidance

* Concentration techniques taught by Paramhansa Yogananda


You'll learn a practical and powerful method of meditation brought to the West by Paramhansa Yogananda. These techniques can take you much deeper than relaxation to a profound connection with your own highest self.

Even short meditations practiced with regularity effect great change in how our brain functions. Meditation stimulates the pre-frontal lobes and the creation of new neural pathways improving concentration, focus, relaxation and joy.

Take the meditation challenge! If you are using this proven technique of meditation and commit to a regular practice once per day even for a few minutes you will soon find yourself craving this special time. You'll find yourself wanting more, and your level of joy and peace in daily activities will rise. Your "emotional fuses" get longer and you will feel anger or depression less often and with less intensity. As your practice of meditation deepens the results of your efforts become more powerful. Calmness, and Joy that radiate from within are the attributes of those who meditate deeply.
