We will have introductory discussion on yoga and meditation. If we can arrange a projector, then we will watch some powerpoint slides on this topic; otherwise we will see these slides in next meeting.

      “ We discussed our goals for this group. Susmit showed us a slide presentation he's working on, describing the nature of yoga in its eight different forms. It was extremely interesting. We ended the evening with a group meditation, led by Dada (Sanskrit for "brother"). I look forward to next month's meetup! ”
