1) Introductions (Tell us about yourself and your emotional state during that week)

2) Thought of the day (I shall mention some idea or information over which we can ponder upon during the week)

3) Balancing the breath. We shall alternatively breath in and out though our left and right nostrils for 2 minutes and follow it up with 15 minutes of observing our breath and realizing how it changes with our emotional state.

4) Awareness: there is more going on around us than we seem to register, we shall bring our awareness to the present and observe our surroundings by keeping our eyes closed and ears open to any new sounds.

5) Progressive body relaxation. We shall progressively relax our body starting with our toes, feet moving up to our heads. Once completely relaxed we shall stay in this state for 20 minutes and observe the thoughts coming in our mind. We shall just observe them as they come and go and understand the nature of our mind.
