Introduction
Hi my name is Chris. I'm just over half way through right now, what an amazing book. Very clear and to the point. I can see the value of a study group for this book in particular. Should be fun and interesting.
How attached are you to the notion of being a separate individual self from the entirety of life?

How well do you know Eckhart's teaching?

I've read The Power of Now a few years ago and am just reading A New Earth now. Find I can relate to this one a lot better. Not sure if it's me or the book; maybe both.

Have you ever done meditation, if so what kind?

I'm currently doing holosync and primordial sound meditation.

What intention might you like to explore in this group?

Just the cultivation of presence and how to work with the ego and the pain body.
