Hello friends,

Just a short note to let everyone know that we'll be meeting again this Sunday nite from 7 to 8:30 PM.

So far the meditation sessions have gone really well & there won't be the Academy Awards or the Super Bowl to contend with this time.

I've you've been to one of the last few meditation meetups, welcome back. If this is going to be your first time, I look forward to meeting you.
