I meditate daily - mostly in the morning before work. It has become a practice that I look forward to - it also sets the tone for inner calm that I often carry through my day.
Mostly Hatha in large community settings, some smaller private studio settings, vinyasa/flow and slower more meditative like Ananda yoga
Yes, yoga for over 25 years but my meditation practice is relatively new in my life. I enjoy sharing the benefits of my practice with others!
