Expand your sense of harmony, and gain an increased sense of God's loving presence in your life through the ancient and effective techniques of yoga-meditation, community, and divine friendship. The purpose of this meetup is to help you discover that you can meditate, to help you meditate more deeply, and to support your spiritual growth through personal experience of your inner divine nature. You'll be guided step by step through yoga techniques that will prepare you for a guided deep relaxation and seated meditation. No experience is needed. We have chairs, meditation benches, and everything you need to sit comfortably. Each meeting is unique. Meetings usually include spiritually oriented yoga practice and may work with chakras, chanting, pranayama (breath/energy work), and visualization. If money is an issue, you are welcome to come on Wednesday nights to at least try a class and see what you think. This class runs as a drop in every week $12 per session.
