The main focus of this course is developing a reliable spiritual foundation. A course book compiled from Gelek Rimpoche?s transcripts Transforming Negativities and Three Principles of the Path will provide the basis of study for this course. This class is an ideal introduction for new or less experienced students.
This is the third class in an five week course. Each class is 1.5 hours. There is a natural progression through the course, but anyone can attend without having attended prior classes. The Four Noble Truths class immediately follows.
