  • “ Hi again Bob! I don't have another way to contact you, so this will have to do. Can you recommend any meditation groups in the SD area? I tried John McNab's last night (he mentioned you), but I don't feel ready for that yet. Anything a little more like we used to do way back when? I haven't been meditating regularly for a long time now, but I'm pretty sure the "skill" has never really left. It just may take some time to get back to that space. Real life gets in the way for me.
