This is a group for anyone interested in mindfulness and different styles of meditation.

The goal is to help as many people as possible without money (or lack thereof) getting in the way. I guide and teach Meditation, as well as work one-on-one.

Our objective is to create an open community of like-minded individuals, meditators, and every day beings looking to create peace, awareness, bliss, and consciousness in and throughout their lives, by learning how to tap into higher consciousness using meditation.
