Dynamic Meditation - Key to A Better Life!
A Guided Meditation Lecture & Workshop
In this introduction to Dynamic Meditation I'll talk about life deficiencies due to lack of inner balance and how meditation is the simple cure for it.
We'll see how the brain works in relation to meditation and why it's important to remain consciously aware when in the meditative state. We'll also discuss the key benefits of Meditation and Intuitive Dynamic Meditation. And, you'll see how you can use the Nine Elements of Manifesting to raise the quality of your life and intentionally manifest greater health, happiness and abundance into your life.
In addition, we'll have a workshop where you'll learn how to practice meditation with thought blocking techniques. I'll also take you through a simple guided meditation for beginners and a more advanced guided meditation which can be used for manifestation. All participants will receive a written description of the guided meditation for beginners which they can use at home.
