*Prayer Beyond Words or Thought, a talk by Bede Griffiths from The New Creation in Christ
*25 minute meditation practice
*Time for questions and answers

Bede Griffiths was a Benedictine monk, born in England and educated in Oxford. After 20 years as a monk in England he went to India to find 'the other half of his soul'. The talks from The New Creation in Christ, given at the John Main Seminar in 1991, explore the tradition of Christian meditation and relate it to the great Eastern traditions. Fr. Bede shows how the inner journey can contribute to spiritual unity. He died in India in 1993.

New meditators are always welcome.
