WPB Meditation & Mysticism Meetup Group

Please join me for an evening of group meditation and mysticism. The format will include a brief talk followed by guided meditation. The practices will depend on the participant's experience. As we progress the talks will cover a wider range of esoteric subjects and the practices will deepen. Beginners are welcomed. There is no set fee for this meetup but contribution towards the location rental will be appreciated.

In today's world most of us juggle multiple To-Do lists for work/home/kids etc. While we have become very efficient at Doing, we have slowly forgotten Being.
Subsequently we have cluttered minds, chronic discomforts, insomnia, headaches etc. Just as we shower our bodies daily from the residues of our daily experiences, we need to cleanse our mind from the daily impressions that enter it. Read more
