Join 20 some practitioners in Diamond Bar and share their experience of the practice of Chan, a non-religious meditative practice. Many have already practiced and benefited from it for over seven years. And this is the first time, that we introduce this wonderful, orthodox and ancient Chinese practice in the USA.

This is a simple practice to cleanse our body, mind and spirit. It is lead by seasoned at-home practitioners.

Its effective because of its orthodox way in Chi based development and cultivation.

Every month or two, anyone could experience some transformation of the body, mind or spirit, if it is practiced daily at same time and same place even for just 10-20 minutes.

Insomnia, depression, anxiety, high blood pressure could be reduced. Relationships could be improved. School work could become easier. We all could become healthier and more content with every moment.

All we have to do is to practice. And we shall experience ourselves.

Sessions are free. Donations are welcome.

We are volunteers for a non-profit California association operating under Federal code 501(C).

      I am so happy to have found one that's in my home town, and at a reasonable time! I have been practicing meditation since November of last year, and I am looking forward to learning more about this incredible exercise, and its various forms. :)

       Peter: Welcome to Chan meditation! I had panic/anxiety disorder in 2006 requiring medication and almost lost my ability to work. Meditation help me tremendously and I am medication free and I feel immersed and surrounded by peace. It's hard to believe sitting quietly for 10-15 minutes a day to clear you mind brings such therapeutic benefit! Welcome!
