Welcome, Oakland East Bay Meditators!

Hi Everyone!

I'm delighted about this group! We meet the first Fridays of the month and I let you know if that changes.

Meditation is the perfect way to quiet the mind and open the heart to the Divine. As a brief review of what we do during our gatherings: we will begin with introductions and some socializing. Then I lead us in a guided meditation, followed by some conversation about the experience. It will be a time to relax and let the worries of the week go, in order to connect to what is the most alive and vibrant part of your being.

I hope you will join us and bring your friends! Our meetups are at The Center of Light East Bay, which is a center for consciousness and spiritual growth and empowerment. Don't miss out - no prior experience is necessary - I promise, it will be worth the trip!
