ILP Spirit and Shadow con-calls, Oprah and Eckhart Tolle too.

Hey everyone,


This is going out to both the Ken Wilber and the Integral Meditation Meetups.

The Integral Life Practice kit is the Integral Institutes's first response to the question "What kind of spiritual practice do you recommend?" or maybe "How do I practice Integral"? It's just the first response to get the ball rolling so to speak...

I've found that two of the four modules in the kit to be most interesting, the Spirit module and the Shadow module. The Spirit Module (Integral Meditation) has enough depth and range that I thought it would make a good Meetup, 6 months after starting the Integral Meditation Meetup group I can say it really does.

The ILP website has been doing con-calls with some of the leaders of the 4 different modules and I am including links to the last 2 of these calls.

I heard a lot of myself in Rollie as he was telling his story. I don't have the Christian
background that he has but I sure had the questioning and spiritual confusion...

But the shadow con-call really hit home for me even though it's the one module I have the
most resistance to. Gee, I wonder why? Elevating shadow work (and psychological work in general) to the same level of importance as meditation and bodywork in our spiritual practice is something that is a long time in coming, in my humble opinion. So much so I'm going to introduce the 3-2-1 Shadow work to the Integral Meditation group in the coming months.
