This group is an opportunity for anyone interested in learning the art and science of meditation. We will discuss the basics of meditation and you will experience many different forms of meditation. People have many reasons to want to meditate. Ultimately, the goal of meditation is to become connected with your inner Self. You will begin this journey and learn the steps necessary to get there. This is an opportunity to meet others who are interested in growing in this way.
