"I've been practicing yoga for over a year now but have only done some meditation on occasion. I'm looking forward to learning more about meditation and a more peaceful, healthy lifestyle."
-
"Hello Rockie and a warm welcome to the Art of Living Meditation meetup group!"
-
"Thanks Bruce for your words of encouragement. I've been doing a lot of soul searching lately & know that I'll get through this emotionally, mentally, spiritually & even physically. I just need to re-focus my energies. If you can think of any other outlets besides meditation that you may feel helpful for me, please let me know. Looking forward to meeting you in April if you decide to go. Never been to a group like this. Taking a few yoga classes has been my outer body extent. Thanks again, Pam"
-
"Welcome Gema! I'm glad to see you are becoming involved with a number of artistic groups. I've been a member of this group longer than any other. Everyone I've met have been great people. The casual meetings at City View Diner are a good way to get to know members in an informal setting. I hope you liked the poem I sent you. Peace, Bruce"
-
"Welcome Pamella! I understand your present circumstances. I've experienced divorce involving children. It's tough but there is an end to the adjustment. Lot's of self nurturing helped me. Best Wishes, Bruce "
-
"Divorce is very stressful. I've tried to meditate but my mind always seems to wander. Seeking methods of relaxation to re-focus on life and my children."
-
"I do not have substantial experience with yoga or meditation, but would like to explore each to discover what I can learn from both practices."
-
"namaste, everyone. looking forward to meeting you :~)"
