Ladies we have talked the talk and now it is time to get in touch with our spirits. Dr.Smith will lead us through several exercises to help us all get in the flow. We will meet and then meditate in a outdoor setting with a backdrop of fountain and the ocean blue. I am a member of this marina and there is a wonderful outdoor area with plenty of seating for all. In the early morning hours it is very serene and peaceful, with the exception of the occasional purr of a yacht engine or two as they set out to sea. After some of us will be heading over to the nearby California Pizza Kitchen,for lunch.Let us know in your RSVP rather you wish join us, so we can make a reservation. I look forward to seeing you again, and to those who we have not yet met I cannot wait to meet you.
