Meet other local people who practice Meditation. Discuss techniques, philosophies and schools of thought. We also do a regular open meditation for the public just before the meeting from 6:00 - 7:30 pm. We encourage meditation for self transformation, healing, empowerment, and world benefit. If desire we also teach meditation free of charge as a community service. I Have taught over 2600 people in last 10 years.
