We have been bombarded with all kinds of yoga and medition practices over the years. So many claims, so many masters or guru selling and creating the business of the spirit. Can we really buy spiritual status and get a certificate because a human being said so? By saying we are spiritual does that make us spiritual? There is no FDA in the spirtual realm thankfully, but whom do we believe? Meditation is the yoga and the key is to become your own guru and master and connect within where the metiphysical world of mind body and spirit is one truth on the tree of life. To have your Kundalini awakening or "self realisation" does not require a Guru, Money, or a certificate that states you are now spiritual. Truth is not the illusions that our conditionings create. Truth is the connection to the divine love. Just find the love and vibrations of the kundalini's peace full place in ones inner sanctum and the rest is easy ... namoste ... to all Children of the Light!
