Introduction to Qigong
This weeks Meetup will be lead by Sacramento Qigong founder, Alex Race.
Qigong is a wonderful, moving meditation that balances your body's energy by syncing mind (meditation), body (the gentle movement), and energy (breath).
This class is perfect for beginners and advanced practioners will love it too, as Alex will be covering movements appropriate for evening practice.
