We will meet at Columbia University. I will wait at the Broadway gate at 116th St until 7:30pm. Look for me in a green shirt with a purple yoga block in my hand. Then we will walk in together to the lawn behind the admin building (the one up above the stairs). In case of raining, we will find a classroom to sit.

We will have a meditation session. We will sit for 20-30 mins. (I have 6 yoga blocks prepared, which you can sit on.) We will then have a discussion. If we have time, we will study some traditional Buddhism sutra together. The whole session will not last over 1 and a half hour, and you can feel free to leave after the sitting meditation is over.
