Introduction
I got interested in meditation several years ago and have practiced in one way or another ever since. I study Buddhism and practice its principles daily as well as chant and meditate. What a difference it has made! Hope to see you at the meetup!

  •  It was high time for me to post an Excellent Shout out of Dave! You couldn't meet a finer host or a sweeter, more wiser person than He! A great friend, host, and teacher of wise things worth knowing! If you have any interests in any of the things that he hosts a group for, then by all means join one of his groups or more, if you haven't already! You won't Regret It!!!! *^_^*
