What is insight meditation? Insight meditation ( Vipassana ) means inward seeing the reality as it is, not as we would like it to be. It brings a radical change in our personal world, the change in how we see others and ourselves. Insight is a tool that reveals the Awaken Mind of purity and clarity, allowing the perfection of the art of living moment to moment.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is a focused attention place n any mental object ( thinking, anger, calm and etc. ) or any physical object ( body postures, movement, breathing, and etc.)
Mindfulness is the direct experience of touching only the present moment of our lives. When training in the practice, the meditator can directly experience the constant shifts of the phenomenal world and not be led astray by deluded thinking This experience is entirely different from theorizing or conceptualizing information about reality. We will understand that the present moment is the only time for living.
Mindfulness, a mental factors, is a tool used in training and is subject to change. It rises and falls and varies in intensity.
The insight worker needs to have the mind constantly moving on to the next object in consciousness, that is focusing on the present object and then forgetting or releasing it. Mindfulness should not be grasped. Touch And Go is the main Key to mindfulness practice.
