Important News
"The Meeting Location for December 2009 will be held at Eckstrom Columbus Library at the large meeting room @ 3:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. This month we also change our date for the meeting to avoid the long holiday of Christmas and New Year, so our meditation meeting will be on Saturday of December 19, 2009 from 3:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

I would like to invite our members and friends to join us again for this month meditation meetup. Come and meditate with us to say goodbye to this year which is going to pass and welcome the coming New Year of 2010 with the mindfulness and peacefulness in our mind.

Now, the meeting is open to RSVP for everyone who can access to this meeting.


December Meditation Meeting 2009

What you expect to know & do at the meeting!

*-We begin with the bow of mindfulness to everyone: "Namaste" is our greeting as we bow to each others ( in the circle format ).
*-Welcome message from ArjahnSarayut.
*-Everyone introduces him or herself to the meeting.
*-ArjahnSarayut leads the meditation practice (sitting and walking if we have enough space for walking).
*-We do the sitting first, then walking, and close with another siting session.
*- You will be expected to sit and and at least 15-25 minutes for each session.
*- Please keep your cell phone on vibrate mode or turn it off (the best).
*-Opportunity for questions & Answers by the end
*-The conclusion by ArjahnSarayut.
