  Meeting time: @ 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.\n\nI would like to invite our members 
 and friends to join us again for this month meetup on January 31\, 2009. \n
 \nNow\, the meeting is open to RSVP for everyone who can access to this mee
 ting.\n\n\nJanuary Meditation Meeting 2009\n \n\nWhat you expect to know & 
 do at the meeting! \n\n*-We begin with bow of mindfulness to everyone ( in 
 the circle format ). \n*-Welcome message from ArjahnSarayut. \n*-Everyone i
 ntroduces him or herself to the meeting. \n*-ArjahnSarayut leads the medita
 tion practice (sitting and walking if we have enough space for walking). \n
 *-We do the sitting first\, then walking\, and close with another siting se
 ssion.\n*- You will be expected to sit and and at least 15-20 minutes for e
 ach session.\n*- Please keep your cell phone on vibrate mode or turn it off
  (the best).\n*-Close the meeting with questions &amp\; Answers and the con
 clusion.  \n\n***We normally sit on the chairs\, sit on the floor is option
 al.***\n\nCome and join us to discover a peacefulness in your own mind with
