We spent a lot of time on the practice of being mindful in the present moment of our sitting. Being mindful of our breathing in and out, our seeing, our hearing and so on. We also looked deeply inward to be aware of our feelings, our thoughts. To accept the presence of one of these conditions or states at the present moment, one at a time. It was very peaceful sitting and good group. Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu!
