    •  This was one of the deepest meditations I have ever participated in. Thank you!
    •  I got some valuable insights on the mechanics of meditation. There were two sitting meditation sessions separated by a standing meditation which acted like a stretch break. The entire event lasted a little more than an hour which was a bit much for me. I was pretty much done after the standing session but hung with it out of curiosity since this was my first time attending. I have my own spiritual practice and Buddhism is not high on my spiritual ranking, but it was an enlightening experience which I will probably repeat sometime in the future.
    •  a group of people with warm hearts. Arjahn has a speaking rhythm and meter that works very well in leading and guiding our meditation
    • Michael (+1 guest)
       it was enjoyable
    • Arjahn Sarayut (+3 guests)
