    •  Arjahn provides excellent verbal guidance--not intimidating, just helpful
    •  I always feel at peace when I leave.
    •  I'm sorry to leave Tucson because I'll dearly miss this group. Due to Arjahn Sarayut's presence, and his long time, sincere practice, this 90 minute guided time slot is a huge opportunity for all levels. I think the only place in Tucson where walking meditation is available as a teaching. Also a monthly opportunity for guided lovingkindness and compassion meditation. Nothing to be intimidated about. A direct lineage to Lord Buddha from 500 BC, but it's meditation for people of any faith/practice.
