  be held a   Himmel Park Public Library at the meeting room with New Meetin
 g time: @ 3:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m.\n\nI would like to invite our members and fri
 ends to join us again for this month meetup on June 27\, 2009. \n\nNow\, th
 e meeting is open to RSVP for everyone who can access to this meeting.\n\n\
 n June Meditation Meeting 2009\n \n\nWhat you expect to know & do at the me
 eting! \n\n*-We begin with the bow of mindfulness to everyone: "Namaste" is
  our greeting as we bow to each others ( in the circle format ). \n*-Welcom
 e message from ArjahnSarayut. \n*-Everyone introduces him or herself to the
  meeting. \n*-ArjahnSarayut leads the meditation practice (sitting and walk
 ing if we have enough space for walking). \n*-We do the sitting first\, the
 n walking\, and close with another siting session.\n*- You will be expected
  to sit and and at least 15-25 minutes for each session.\n*- Please keep yo
 ur cell phone on vibrate mode or turn it off (the best).\n*-Opportunity for
  questions & Answers by the end \n*-The conclusion by ArjahnSarayut.  \n*-T
