    •  This was my first time attending this meetup. I have been trying to get back into meditating on my own and not being very faithful about the practice. So, it was very helpful to sit together with the group. The two meditation sessions were very good. I appreciated having Monk Arjahn Sarayut's gentle way of leading the sessions. It helped me stay focused all during the initial 45 minute session which I could never have done on my own.
