In this 2nd of 7 classes Marty will be discussing with the group the second chakra and how it relates to our life and bodies. The unconscious process in which our conscious brain lets go of control to allow surfacing of buried material. By opeining the floodgates we generate energy from waters held back. What you can hope to gain by taking this class: 1) You may experience a blissfull flow of being! Opening to energy channels in the body to recharge and elevate every cell. 2) Since this class we will be focusing on the abdominal chakra we will be doing a meditation centered around the abdomen, lungs and spleen. Introducing a cleansing rain to wash away all that is inferior. Please bring a pen and paper for taking notes.

This is the 1st of a 7 class series focusing on the 7 chakra's and how they relate to our bodies and life. In this first class Marty will be discussing with the class the first of seven steps to transformation, a destruction of ego and attachments to material possessions. A natural humbling proscess! What you can hope to gain by joining this class discussion: 1) An Opportunity to see within yourself areas you now beleive no longer serve you for the highest good you desire. 2) You will take away a fresh meditation to focus this level of success into your now life for further growth and examination. 3) You may learn of support talents within yourself and are likely to express emotions buried alive, that will never die until you bring them out to see your light, and have support to be free in the moment. Reiki 2 is a continuation of Reiki training and is only for those who have already taken Reiki 1. In this class you will learn the Reiki 2 symbols which have specific functions to empower and enhance your healing ability. These symbols increase the intensity of the Reiki energy from that of like a light bulb to more of a laser.
