Come join us Sunday, May 6th for this 2 mile meditative walk through the beautiful 40 acre forest of Trabuco Canyon with trees over 300 years old. Every major religion is represented with a space for meditation in each area. Many great spiritual transformations have occurred in this unique and sacred place.

We have been seeking an activity both Spiritual in nature and accessible to all of our members in Southern California from San Diego to Riverside, Orange and Los Angeles. We will meet at Cook's Corner, 19152 Santigo Canyon Rd, in Trabuco Canyon, on the corner of Live Oak Rd. and El Toro Blvd at 1:00 pm. Turn Right on Live Oak. There is a parking area 100 yds past the Cook's Corner restaurant on the left. We will park here and then car pool into the Monastery. Bring a lunch and we will sit at the picnic tables and eat and visit as we wait for everyone to arrive. You must be there no later than 2:15.

BIODANZA is based on sound biological and physiological principles, developed over the past 40 years
by Chilean Professor Rolando Toro, a medical anthropologist and Noble Prize nominee. It originated in
Chile and is now represented all over the globe.
Biodanza Classes are designed progressively whereby the process unfolds over a period of time.

FACILITATOR: Jaquelin Levin ( BA, Llam) is a fully qualified didactic Biodanza teacher trained in South Africa, the UK and Europe. She has taught internationally in classes, conferences, schools, exhibitions and retreats and is a regular workshop leader at The Esalen Institute, Big Sur, California. Jaquelin has a background in education, the performing arts and alternative healing.
