Introduction
I've had the itch to take up meditation for some time, but find it hard to get started. Also put off by the self-righteous "spirituality" of some meditators, to be blunt.
What makes you laugh?

Almost anything. It's all in the timing. Monty Python. My wife being silly. Wordplay. Slips of the tongue. Our dogs. Etc etc.

What's your favorite dessert (or comfort food)?

Apple crumble for dessert, chocolate for comfort.

What do you do for meditation? (e.g, formal meditation, nature, gardening, exercising, yoga, painting, listening to friends)
