Join us for this weeks group meditation.

We open with an introduction and some sharing of what benefits people are seeing from their meditation practice followed by a 30 min meditation. After meditation we will usually discuss some topics from contemporary teachers like Eckhart Tolle, etc

**For those of you who have been following the webinar with Eckhart Tolle, come early and join us at 6:00PM for the 1st hr of the webinar. We will hold our regualr meditation from 7:00 to 7:45 and resume the rest of the webinar at 7:45.
