We'll share our ideas about meditation, and listen to a new meditation CD to hopefully learn something new that will help us improve our meditation experience.

I believe in the power of meditation and it was refreshing to hear others in the group confirm those beliefs. Meditation provides me with clarity and peace, so the group was an affirming experience for me. I would like to learn more about the practice and other techniques, so I do plan to return as well as seek out other groups or temples. ”
