“ Katherine's background relative to meditation is certainly quite extensive, I personally think a future meeting should centerpiece her as a meditation leader for the group in a workshop type setting, perhaps Wesley, at that time, could offer some guidance or assistance relative to hypnotic relaxation and suggestion. Barring something of this kind, perhaps another method is for the pair to produce a taped meditation session that could be distributed to members via CD or emailed MP3 file. This could be a meaningful first step. I could be in error, but members, I think, first want to locate and enter a 'stress reduced' state [ away from the daily grind ] and then with some practice, later learn to achieve the higher meditation states. ”
