Introduction
Love & Light to you all! As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I’ve been blessed to receive spiritual guidance/teachings along the way, and experienced blissful moments during meditation. My soul mission is to SHARE, for the highest good of all. NAMASTE!
What interests you in meditation?
Is a way of living life, the key to the Higher Self and the ability to listen to God. Group meditation creates Oneness, and a tremendous amount of energy.
What style(s) of meditation do you use?
Chakra meditation, energetic expansion attunements, Distant Reiki, prayers, breathing and total stillness. Lately I was guided to put together a meditation that incorporates a variety of spiritual teachings. It is very powerful.
Would you like to have one longer (2 + hrs) mediation session per month?
